We collect account registration data (name, email, password hashes), organization mapping logs, messaging statistics, and credentials linked to your WhatsApp instance endpoints. We do not store raw contact messages permanently on our servers unless cached for chat routing synchronization.

We employ state-of-the-art encryption protocols, containerization isolation (Docker), private network bindings, and strict authentication controls to safeguard database integrity.

3. Data Retention

Organization databases, users, and mapping logs are retained as long as your account remains active. Removing an instance deletes session logs immediately.
